Al Hamra, Jeddah

Pool cleaning and maintenance in Al Hamra, Jeddah

Careful, discreet pool care for Al Hamra's larger villas, from overflow and infinity edges to natural stone and glass mosaic finishes, with equipment protected from the salty air off the Corniche.

Pool care built for Al Hamra villas

Al Hamra sits close to the Corniche and is home to some of Jeddah's most established villas. Pools here are often larger than average, finished with natural stone or glass mosaic, and many have overflow channels or infinity edges that need more than a quick skim.

Our Al Hamra visits are carried out by senior technicians who know how to clean delicate finishes without scratching them, how to keep a balance tank at the right level, and how to protect pumps and fittings from the sea air.

  • Infinity and overflow pools
  • Balance tank maintenance
  • Natural stone and glass mosaic care
  • Salt-air corrosion checks
  • Automation and timer settings
  • Discreet, scheduled visits

Overflow & infinity pools

Keeping overflow edges and balance tanks working

On an overflow or infinity pool the water level is everything. If the balance tank runs low the pump can draw air, and if it runs high water is wasted down the drain. Debris also collects in the overflow channel, where it is out of sight but still feeds algae.

On each visit we clean the channel grating, check the balance tank level and auto-fill valve, and make sure the edge is running evenly so the surface stays glass-smooth.

  1. 1Overflow grating lifted and the channel cleaned.
  2. 2Balance tank level, float valve and pump suction checked.
  3. 3Edge flow inspected for uneven spill or scale build-up.
  4. 4Water chemistry adjusted for the extra surface area exposed to air.

Coastal conditions

Protecting equipment from the Corniche sea air

Salt carried in the breeze from the Red Sea settles on pump motors, heater casings, light fittings and handrails. Over a few seasons it causes rust, seized valves and electrical faults that are expensive to put right.

We rinse and inspect exposed metal, check plant-room ventilation, treat vulnerable fittings and replace corroded parts early. It is a small addition to the weekly routine that adds years to your equipment.

Frequently asked questions

Do you maintain infinity pools in Al Hamra?

Yes. We service infinity and overflow pools in Al Hamra, including the overflow channel, balance tank, auto-fill valve and the pumps that feed the edge.

Will your cleaning damage our natural stone or glass tiles?

No. We use soft brushes and pH-neutral cleaners on stone and glass mosaic, and we avoid harsh acids on finishes that cannot take them.

How does the sea air affect our pool equipment?

Salt in the air corrodes metal parts, motors and electrical connections. We inspect and rinse exposed equipment and replace corroded fittings before they fail.

Can you work around our household schedule?

Yes. We agree a fixed visit day and time with you or your house manager, and the same technician normally attends each week.

Do you service pool automation systems?

Yes. We check and adjust timers, controllers, chemical dosers and lighting programmes, and can recommend upgrades if your system is outdated.

Which nearby districts do you also serve?

Alongside Al Hamra we regularly work in Al Rawdah, Al Khaldiyah and Al Zahra, and across the rest of Jeddah.
