Al Naeem, North Jeddah
Pool cleaning and maintenance in Al Naeem, Jeddah
Weekly care for Al Naeem's newer villa pools, from the first fill and start-up to salt chlorinator servicing, with extra attention to the construction dust that comes with a growing north Jeddah district.
Pool care for north Jeddah's newer villas
Al Naeem (An Naim) is part of north Jeddah's growing residential belt, with many recently built villas and ongoing construction nearby. New pools bring their own needs: fresh plaster that must be cured properly, equipment that should be set up correctly from day one, and a lot of fine dust from building sites.
Many Al Naeem owners have also chosen salt chlorinators for softer water. We service them properly, keeping the salt level right and the cell clean, so they deliver the benefits they were bought for.
- New pool start-up and curing
- Salt chlorinator servicing
- Construction dust control
- Weekly cleaning and testing

New pools
Starting a new pool the right way
The first weeks of a new pool decide how its surface looks for years. Fresh plaster and grout release lime into the water, and if the chemistry is not controlled carefully this leaves rough scale and stains. We follow a structured start-up plan.
- 1Fill the pool in one go and start filtration immediately.
- 2Brush the whole surface daily for the first week to remove plaster dust.
- 3Test and adjust pH, alkalinity and calcium every visit.
- 4Introduce chlorine gradually once the water has stabilised.
- 5Check every pump, valve, light and timer setting and record them.

Salt pools
Getting the most from your salt chlorinator
A salt chlorinator turns dissolved salt into chlorine inside a cell. When the cell scales up, or the salt level drifts, chlorine production drops and the pool can turn green even though the system appears to be running.
We check salt level, cell output and scale on a schedule, clean the cell with a mild acid solution when needed and set the output to suit the season. In Jeddah's summer most salt pools need the output raised and the run time extended.

Frequently asked questions
Do you service salt water pools in Al Naeem?
Yes. We check salt levels, clean the chlorinator cell, adjust output for the season and repair or replace cells and control units.
Our villa is new. When should pool maintenance start?
From the day the pool is filled. The first weeks need daily brushing and careful chemistry to protect the new surface, and we can manage the full start-up.
Building work nearby keeps making our pool dusty. What helps?
More frequent vacuuming and filter backwashing, a clarifier or flocculant when needed, and a pool cover when the pool is not in use.
Can you check that our new pool equipment was installed correctly?
Yes. We inspect the pump, filter, valves, lights and plumbing and give you a written list of anything that should be corrected.
How often should a salt cell be cleaned?
It depends on water hardness and use, but we inspect it monthly and clean it typically every two to three months in Jeddah.
Which areas near Al Naeem do you cover?
We also serve Al Muhammadiyah, Al Zahra, Al Basateen and the rest of Jeddah.
