Pool cleaning and maintenance in Al Rawdah, Jeddah

Weekly cleaning and practical upgrades for the established villa pools of Al Rawdah, where mature gardens, older plumbing and long-serving pumps need a team that looks beyond the water's surface.

Experienced pool care for Al Rawdah's established homes

Al Rawdah is one of central Jeddah's well-established residential districts, with spacious villas and mature gardens close to Tahlia Street. Many of its pools were built years ago, and while the structure is usually sound, the pumps, filters and pipework are often reaching the end of their service life.

Our weekly service keeps the water clean and balanced, and our technicians keep an eye on the equipment so you can plan upgrades on your own schedule instead of facing a sudden breakdown in the middle of summer.

  • Weekly villa pool cleaning
  • Leaf and debris control
  • Older pump and filter servicing
  • Energy-saving pump upgrades
  • Filter sand and media replacement
  • Tile and grout refresh

Mature gardens

Leaves, flowers and garden debris under control

The mature trees and flowering shrubs that make Al Rawdah gardens so pleasant also drop leaves, petals and seed pods into the pool every day. Left in the water they stain the floor, block the skimmer and feed algae with nutrients.

We empty skimmer and pump baskets, net the surface, vacuum the floor and brush the walls on every visit. If your garden sheds heavily we can recommend a leaf canister, a better skimmer basket or a pool cover to cut the load between visits.

Equipment upgrades

Upgrading older pumps and filters the sensible way

An older single-speed pump can use far more electricity than a modern variable-speed model while moving the same water. Worn filter sand lets fine dust pass straight back into the pool, which is why some older pools never look quite clear.

We test how your system is really performing, explain the options with honest prices, and carry out upgrades in one visit where possible. You choose what to replace and when.

  1. 1Flow, pressure and noise checked on the existing pump.
  2. 2Filter media inspected for clumping and channelling.
  3. 3Pipework and valves checked for slow leaks.
  4. 4Written recommendation with costs before any work starts.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide weekly pool cleaning in Al Rawdah?

Yes. We have a regular weekly route through Al Rawdah and central Jeddah, so we can give you a fixed visit day.

Our pump is old but still running. Should we replace it?

Not necessarily. We first check its flow, noise and power use. If it is working efficiently we keep it running; if it is wasting electricity or close to failing we explain the replacement options and costs.

How often should filter sand be changed?

Typically every three to five years for a villa pool in Jeddah, sooner if the pool has had heavy dust or algae problems. We can check your sand and tell you whether it needs replacing.

Too many leaves fall into our pool. What can we do?

Weekly cleaning removes them, and between visits a leaf canister, a better skimmer basket or a pool cover can make a big difference. We can supply and fit these.

Can you refresh old tiles and grout without draining the pool?

Small areas of grout and a few tiles can often be repaired underwater or with a partial drain. Larger re-tiling jobs need the pool emptied, and we will explain what your pool needs.

Do you cover districts near Al Rawdah?

Yes. We also serve Al Khaldiyah, Al Zahra, Al Hamra and the rest of Jeddah.
