Pool renovation
Swimming pool renovation in Jeddah
Give a tired pool a second life. We re-tile, re-plaster, waterproof and upgrade lighting and equipment, turning faded, leaking or outdated pools into pools you are proud of.
When is it time to renovate?
Most concrete pools in Jeddah need a major refresh every 10 to 15 years. Sun, chemicals and hard water slowly wear down tiles, grout and plaster, and older equipment becomes inefficient and hard to repair.
Renovation can be as simple as new waterline tiles and LED lights, or as complete as a full re-tile with new plumbing and equipment. We help you choose what gives the best result for your budget.
- Faded, stained or rough surfaces
- Cracked or missing tiles
- Leaks that keep returning
- Old, inefficient equipment
- Outdated lights
- A new look for the garden

Surfaces
Tiles, mosaics and waterproofing
We remove damaged tiles and failed grout down to a sound base, repair cracks, apply a waterproofing membrane where needed and lay new tiles or mosaic with pool-grade adhesive and epoxy or cement grout.
Choosing the right tile colour changes how the water looks: lighter blues give a bright, tropical colour, while darker tiles give a deep, reflective finish. We bring samples so you can see them in your own light.

Upgrades
Upgrades worth making while the pool is empty
A renovation is the cheapest time to modernise, because the pool is already drained and the plant room is open:
- 1LED lighting that uses less power and lasts much longer.
- 2Variable-speed pump to reduce running costs and noise.
- 3Glass filter media for clearer water.
- 4Salt chlorinator for softer, easier-to-manage water.
- 5Heat pump or chiller for comfortable water all year.
- 6Automatic cover or safety fence for children's safety.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a pool renovation take?
A partial renovation such as waterline tiles and lights can take a few days. A full re-tile with equipment upgrades typically takes two to four weeks, depending on size and materials.
Can you renovate without changing the pool shape?
Yes. Most renovations keep the existing structure and replace surfaces, plumbing and equipment.
Do you supply the tiles?
Yes. We supply pool-grade tiles and mosaics, or install tiles you have chosen if they are suitable for pools.
Will you fix leaks during the renovation?
Yes. We inspect for leaks before starting and repair them as part of the work.
How much does pool renovation cost in Jeddah?
It depends on the pool size, the finishes chosen and the equipment. We give a detailed written quote after a site survey.
Can I use the pool soon after renovation?
After re-tiling, grout and adhesive need time to cure before filling. We give you a clear date and look after the start-up chemistry.
