Matching your existing tiles
The hardest part of a tile repair is often finding a match. Where possible we salvage undamaged tiles from the repair area, and we source the closest available colour and size for the rest.
For older pools where an exact match is impossible, a contrasting waterline band or step-edge tile can turn a repair into a design feature.
Grout
Regrouting: the best protection for your tiles
Grout is what keeps water from getting behind your tiles. When it washes out, the tiles are next. We regrout:
- 1Rake out loose and cracked grout to the right depth.
- 2Clean the joints of dirt, algae and old residue.
- 3Fill with chemical-resistant epoxy or pool-grade cement grout.
- 4Tool joints smooth so they are easy to keep clean.
- 5Cure fully before refilling and balancing the water.

A few tiles at the waterline can often be fixed by lowering the water. Tiles on the floor or deep walls usually require draining.
